Dates and registration
- We welcome new members anytime. Just let us know in advance so we can count you in.
How it works
- Arrive about 15 minutes before your first lesson so you’ve got time to change and find your way around.
- Enjoy the first two weeks of training for free.
Who it’s for
- The classes are aimed at people aged 15–60; younger or older applicants can arrange an individual agreement.
- No previous experience or fitness level is required.
What to bring
- Wear comfortable trousers and a T‑shirt (or a dogi/kimono if you have one).
- We train barefoot, but please bring slippers for the walk from the changing room to the gym.
