Dates and registration

  • Join us for the introductory class on Monday, January 5 at 7:00 pm, or Wednesday, January 7 at 7:30 pm.
  • Just let us know in advance so we know to expect you.

How it works

  • Arrive about 15 minutes before your first lesson so you’ve got time to change and find your way around.
  • Enjoy the first two weeks of training for free.

Who it’s for

  • Classes are open to adults of all ages; minimum age is 15 (younger applicants may be accepted by individual agreement).
  • No previous experience or fitness level is required.

What to bring

  • Wear comfortable trousers and a T‑shirt (or a dogi/kimono if you have one).
  • We train barefoot, but please bring slippers for the walk from the changing room to the gym.
