Dates and registration

  • We welcome new members anytime. Just let us know in advance so we can count you in.

How it works

  • Arrive about 15 minutes before your first lesson so you’ve got time to change and find your way around.
  • Enjoy the first two weeks of training for free.

Who it’s for

  • The classes are aimed at people aged 15–60; younger or older applicants can arrange an individual agreement.
  • No previous experience or fitness level is required.

What to bring

  • Wear comfortable trousers and a T‑shirt (or a dogi/kimono if you have one).
  • We train barefoot, but please bring slippers for the walk from the changing room to the gym.
